In addition to the verified symbol (✅), you will now also find a 💬 or 👁️ next to the profile name on official profiles. This has the following meaning:

💬 Watches the spots and actively communicates on the platform. 

👁️ Watches the spots but does not actively communicate on the platform. (Which does not necessarily mean that no comments were or are ever made).

Why have we introduced this?

Some organizations were reluctant to officially use our platforms because the resources for a (systematic) response are not available. This symbol lets you know that your report is in good hands even without a response.
